Moving from another state and buying a house remotely can be nerve-wracking, to say the least. But Chad was more than just a realtor. He was a constant support, always there for us. He answered all our questions, made sure we were always up to date, took care of all the paperwork, and negotiated the deal for us and had to deal with a few last minute "required requests" per VA standards. He made us feel like we were more to him than just his clients. Thank you, Chad, for making our dreams come true! Forever grateful for you!

I enjoyed working with Chad through our home buying process. I probably gave him a couple grey hairs but he stuck with me and seen it through to the end. He kept it real with me at all times even when he knew I may not like the outcome. However, that’s what I needed from a realtor. I’m so grateful for the team I worked with. I know everyone worked so hard to help get us into a home and I wish I knew how to repay their efforts.
